**Position Overview**:
As a **Junior Data Analyst**, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You’ll work closely with our senior analysts and data scientists to assist with data cleaning, analysis, and reporting. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with some experience in the field to develop their career in the fast-paced world of data analytics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing large datasets.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and data visualization.
- Develop reports and dashboards to present insights clearly and concisely.
- Collaborate with senior team members to interpret data and make recommendations.
- Support the implementation of data-driven projects and assist with the deployment of analytics models.
- Continuously improve processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Basic understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: $23.10-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
