- strategic thinking and leadership;

- the ability to present yourself and communicate;

- honesty. Job responsibilities: - manages the staff of the trading floor (salespeople, sales assistants, cashiers);
- prepares and submits an order for the supply of goods from storage sites;
- organizes the supply of goods to the trading floor and manages the work of laying out goods;
- maintaining operational records of the balances of goods on the trading floor and reports data on goods with a critical minimum of balances, with a critical expiration date, as well as information on goods of increased, uniform and reduced demand;
- exercises control over the presence of price tags on goods;
- prepares reports on the movement of goods;
- participates in inventories. Working conditions: - part-time (32 hours a week);
- 8 hour shift 2/2;
- payment from 17 to 20 Canadian dollars per hour;
- bonus payments;
- flexible schedule;
- Parking on the territory of the store;
