**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Front Desk Supervisor** to lead our front desk operations. This pivotal role ensures the front desk team provides exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day success of our swim school.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, train, and mentor front desk team members
- Oversee scheduling, attendance, and performance management
- Oversee the **Sales & Customers service**:

- Deliver outstanding customer service to students, parents, and guests
- Manage inquiries, registrations, and payments both in-person and via phone
- Collaborate with instructors and management to coordinate class logistics
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Ensure accurate record-keeping for attendance, billing, and communication

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in customer service and a supervisory role required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in a swim school or recreational facility is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
