**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document organization
- Manage phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record-keeping
- Support office staff with various administrative tasks
- Conduct clerical duties including proofreading documents for accuracy
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a dental receptionist, office clerk, or in a similar clerical role is preferred
- Proficient in using office software and computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $48,946.00-$52,808.00 per year
