- Operate and program MRMC Bolt motion control systems (Bolt X / Bolt Jr+)
- Program and execute camera moves using Flair software:
- Work closely with Directors, DPs, VFX, Unreal Engine artists, and Producers
- Prepare motion control setups, calibrations, and safety checks
- Execute repeatable, production-ready motion passes for VFX and post
- Troubleshoot motion, software, and mechanical issues under time pressure
- Maintain motion control equipment and ensure shoot-day readiness
- Support pre-production planning and technical consultations when required Required Qualifications
- 3+ years professional experience operating motion control systems
- Hands-on experience with MRMC Bolt systems:
- Strong working knowledge of Flair software (required):
- Experience in commercial / advertising production environments:
- Strong understanding of camera systems, lenses, and motion repeatability
- Ability to work calmly and accurately in client-attended shoots
- Excellent attention to detail and troubleshooting skills Nice to Have
- Virtual production / LED volume experience
- Unreal Engine or ICVFX workflow familiarity
- Tabletop, beauty, or high-speed product experience
- Experience with additional robotics or motion systems What Success Looks Like

- Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience + commsion
- Start Date: Immediate Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year Benefits:
