**Requirements/Skills**
- Mange and develop a team of cycle counters.
- Manages day to day activities of Inventory Reporting/Accuracy teams as well as multiple Cycle Count teams across multiple sites.
- Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems.
- Develops and implements inventory control procedures. Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts.
- Participate in Supply Chain activities including Supply Demand Balancing, Supply Chain metrics management and reporting, Sales support, etc.
- New customer onboarding through project participation and data requirements gathering.
- Report management and distribution including Dashboard’s, Scorecards and Daily/Monthly Inventory Metrics.
- Ensure all processes for Inventory Controls and reporting are properly documented and compliance (SOX, SOC1) requirements followed. Participate in audit engagements.
- Actively participate in and contribute to supply chain improvement projects. Perform root cause analysis on issues raised by customers.
- Developing and driving a programmatic roadmap focused on eliminating defects in processes, systems, and policies.
- Work with program teams such as operations, training, forecasting, and capacity planning to ensure alignment on operational inputs.
- Facilitating and driving quarterly, monthly and weekly inventory review meetings.
- Interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels facilitating dynamic collaboration with the business, operations and technical teams to define and deliver solutions.
- Preparing and presenting regular program updates to senior leaders.
- Identifying and analyzing data to isolate issues, test solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
- Understanding customer needs, defining clear project plans and executing to high expectations in a rapidly changing environment.
- Anticipating bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus constraints.
- Remaining flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and have the customer success firmly as the focus.
