**The Role**:
We are looking to add a **Team Leader **to our **Afternoon Shift**.

As a **Team Leader**, you will be responsible for coordinating shift activities and functions.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous injection moulding or automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferred but not required
- Previous leadership experience is required
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must be people oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlines
- Must have strong multi-tasking and task prioritization skills
- Must work safely and adhere to all MVA Health and Safety policies
- Strong English communication skills required, both written and verbal

**The Shift**:

- Full-time, 45 hours per week
- **Afternoon shift (Monday to Friday 1:55pm - 11:15pm) - straight shift, no rotation**:

- Depending on demand, shift may change in the future

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour
