We are currently seeking an Full-time and Part-time Cleaner to join our team at SPG. The Cleaner will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our properties, contributing to the overall safety and satisfaction of our tenants. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work in various locations within our property portfolio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with company policies
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to maintaining cleanliness standards
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
- Flexibility to work varied hours and locations as needed
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects and perform repetitive tasks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
