Prepare, organize, and store information in paper and digital form for all projects
- Greeting visitors at reception
- Arranging post and deliveries
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Typing up Purchase orders, letters, and reports
- Ordering office supplies
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- General Office duties
- Recording daily incoming and outgoing transactions in QuickBooks software
- Preparing month end payables for signature
- Maintaining the vehicle logs and arranging service as needed
- Keep the company social media accounts and webpage current

Must have experience with MS Office Programs and Quickbooks
Experience with Adobe sign and pdf is an asset
