**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
The Renal Dietitian is a member of the interdisciplinary team and will provide nutrition education, counseling and interventions as appropriate to Chronic Kidney Disease and End Stage Renal Disease patients. Majority of duties will be dedicated to the Kidney Clinic and outpatient dialysis, as well as travel to the satellite centers, Ross Memorial Hospital and Northumberland Hills Hospital. Occasional evening may be required. Inpatient coverage may be required.

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:

- University degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and successful completion of a recognized Dietetic Internship Program.
- Membership in College of Dietitians of Ontario and eligible for membership in Dietitians of Canada and maintain membership with good standing.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a health care team
- Renal nutrition experience preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of nutrition as related to renal patients
- Demonstrated working knowledge of therapeutic diets
- Demonstrated ability to manage fluctuating workloads and meet deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with patients, families, physicians, and health centre staff
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
