Job Title: Commission-Based Sales Executive (Remote)
About the Role
We’re looking for a driven Commission Sales Executive to help us bring in new clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants strong recurring income tied directly to performance.
You’ll earn 20% commission every month on each client you close, for 12 months.
There is no cap on earnings — the more clients you bring in, the more you earn.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound and inbound channels
- Pitch and sell our service to qualified leads
- Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Build strong relationships with prospects and clients
- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and commissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales and retention
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C; SaaS experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
- Results-oriented with a long-term mindset
- Ability to understand and clearly communicate value
Compensation
- 20% commission per client
- Paid monthly for 12 months per client
- Uncapped earnings (no limit on number of clients)
- Transparent tracking and monthly payouts
