We are seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team. As a Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting quality inspections and performing various tests on products to ensure they meet the required standards. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be crucial in identifying any issues or defects. **Duties**:

- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet specifications and standards
- Conduct various tests, such as functionality, performance, and durability tests
- Collect and analyze data from tests, identifying any issues or defects
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment
- Collaborate with the Quality Control team to address any quality concerns
- Fabricate test fixtures or prototypes as needed
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
- Document test results and prepare reports for review by management

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and practices
- Proficient in data collection and analysis
- Experience with quality inspection techniques and equipment, such as calipers and gauges
- Familiarity with quality management systems and processes
- Ability to fabricate test fixtures or prototypes
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $19.20-$40.16 per hour
