**Part-Time Barista - Join Cafe Algan Team**

**What We Offer**:

- **Work hours**: 15-20 hours per week
- **Wage**: Starting at **$17.40 per hour**(negotiable based on experience) + **Tips**:

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- **Crafting specialty coffee drinks** to the highest standards and preparing small food orders with quality and consistency.
- **Providing excellent customer service**, ensuring a welcoming and engaging experience for all customers.
- **Maintaining cleanliness** throughout the cafe, including workstations, equipment, and seating areas.
- **Stocking and organizing service stations** with paper products, ingredients, and other essentials.
- **Monitoring equipment** to ensure everything is functioning properly, including temperature checks.
- **Following food safety protocols** for handling, storing, and restocking food and beverages.
- **Ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies** and retail products as needed.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **At least 1 year of barista experience** - Required.
- **Latte Art skill** - Required.
- **Strong customer service skills** with experience in hospitality or the food industry - Reguired.
- **Attention to detail** and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- **Reliability and punctuality**—weekend availability is a must.
- A positive, **team-oriented attitude** with a passion for specialty coffee.
- Knowledge of **food safety protocols**—Food Safe Level 1 certification (recommended).
- Willingness to go above and beyond during peak times and stay adaptable under pressure.
