The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Governance team responsibilities include to (i) Manage ERM Governance forums; (ii) Draft and maintain policies, supporting standards, procedures, and training; (iii) Review and improve governance practices across ERM programs. Job description - Design and implement risk governance documentation including policies, standard, and procedures - Establish and manage ERM governance forums, including preparation of power point decks, meeting minutes, action items tracking and resolution - Perform gap analysis of existing policies to Regulatory requirements - Keep abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations, and internal policy changes - Partner, collaborate, and work with other areas - first, second, and third lines of defense **Qualifications**: - 7+ years of experience in Risk Management or a Finance function with a bank, Financial Services consulting, or regulatory body - Understanding of regulatory requirements for Enterprise Risk Management Governance - Understanding of Enterprise Risk Management pillars such as Risk Identification, Stress Testing, and Risk Appetite and Limits frameworks - Proven ability to drive results and meet deadlines - Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized, pro-active - Ability to assess complex issues and identify potential solutions - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and policy interpretations through concise and clear messaging - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Point and Word Education - Bachelor's/University degree in a finance, business, or a technical discipline - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Regulatory Risk - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
