**What You'll Do**:

- Enter and process shipment data to facilitate customs clearance for international shipments
- Review and verify the accuracy of customs documentation
- Communicate with customers to provide updates, answer inquiries, and resolve issues
- Perform general office tasks such as scanning, faxing, and organizing documents
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Report any discrepancies to your supervisor
- Take initiative and assist with other duties as needed

**What You'll Bring**:

- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and logical thinking
- A proactive work ethic with the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism
- The ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Previous experience in customs brokerage is preferred, but not required
