Job description
Part time Receptionist/Clinic Aide for our Gimli Clinic. Must be Professional, Friendly, reliable have a great WORK ETHIC and Able to Multi-Task in a busy Environment Experience is good to have but we are more than happy to train you.
We do pride ourselves on superior customer service and a great working dynamic As we hire many students their schedules change frequently and we find ourselves needing to replace them.
Starting wage is $13.50hr with an increase after training and probation.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
Superior Customer Service skills
Excellent phone skills
Excellent typing skills, both data processing and letter typing.
Very good communication with clients and co-workers
Capable of prioritizing work responsibilities.
Understanding & respectful of client/clinic privacy during clinic hours & after clinic hours.
Capable of timely completion of tasks and sensitive to deadlines
Capable of working independently and as a team member
**Should be familiar with the following computer programs and office equipment**:
Microsoft Office Word and Excel
E-mail
Internet
Fax/Scanner/Photocopier
Debit/credit Machine
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Preparation of equipment at the therapist’s request
Managing front reception, answering phones
Responsible for in house laundry and the general tidiness of the clinic
Booking, confirming, and changing client appointments
Assist the patient with the account payments and account inquiries
Accepting account payments and inquiries
Other duties as assigned by the Therapists and/or Management
