  • Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
  • Create and develop new menu items, taking into consideration dietary restrictions and customer preferences
  • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in accordance with quality standards and food safety regulations
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting
  • Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry standards
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
