We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Heartful Hands, a senior home care provider dedicated to supporting families and their loved ones.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate agreements that are fair and beneficial for both clients and the company.
- Work with the marketing team to identify opportunities for growth and support marketing initiatives.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and resolve concerns quickly.
- Share best practices with the team and support junior colleagues with guidance and mentoring.
- Listen carefully to client needs and provide customized solutions that make a difference.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience in customer relations, account management, or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills with proven success in closing deals or contracts.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes and marketing strategies.
- Comfortable working with Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Analytical mindset for understanding client needs and spotting trends.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate and support team success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50-$21.00 per hour
