Accounting Clerk

Established in 1995, DRL Construction is a leading provider of commercial and industrial construction. DRL works exclusively with both the Public and Catholic School Boards as well as Municipalities including and surrounding the GTA.
**Responsibilities**:
- Day-to-day full cycle accounting including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Posting of all income and expenses into QuickBooks.
- Bank statements reconciliations, credit card statements reconciliation, and vendor statements reconciliations.
- Manage phones and ensure database updates are complete.
- Design, implement and maintain filing systems.
- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
- Ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data.
- Design and implement office policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain office/shop supplies inventory.
- Ensure office is kept organized.
- Ensure source documents are properly filed.
- Various administrative functions as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office products and QuickBooks is MANDATORY.
- Strong customer service and time management skills with the ability to handle large and varied workloads.
- High degree of organizational skills, communication skills, and ability to self-direct.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
