Training Coordinator

**Job duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Provide end-to-end logístical support for training events for local and remote locations
- Arrange and schedule training rooms, instructors, catering, print reproduction, preparation and/or ordering of other materials, and required equipment when applicable
- Support and moderation of classes delivered virtually
- Extensive use of Learning Management System (LMS) to schedule courses/classes, manage and update various types of enrollment processes and completions, and generate reports
- Track and manage class/program information, requirements, and completion of tasks associated with event support
- Coordinate, update, and retrieve content from SharePoint sites and other online repositories
- Promptly mitigate known and unexpected issues that could impact a timely and successful execution of a training event/program
- Create training documentation updates (i.e. embedding survey questions into Training PowerPoint slides, creating step-by-step instructions for virtual class participants)
- Timely and accurate collection and completion of all billing information for classes and programs
- Provide support for the daily facilities and operations needs of the Leadership Center and the INSPIRE team as needed and time allows.
- Overtime and work on weekends/evenings may be required for a class set up/tear down and other event support
- Other Job duties may be assigned
**Required Skills**:
- Able to follow defined processes, and work independently or as a team with mínimal oversight
- Experience working in a continuous improvement environment - ability to identify potential issues, present them to management offer potential solutions to assist in mitigating risks and improve service delivery
- Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Must possess excellent written and verbal business communication skills in French and English
- Experience running reports to provide status updates to customers (set correct parameters, analyze the data for accuracy/issues, summarize data, and format the report output for easy review)
- Ability to prioritize and self-manage work assignments in order to meet project deadlines, and cost expectations
**Desired Skills**:
- Previous experience planning events (ideally training events) for internal and/or external customers
- Experience with business Learning Management Systems
- Ability to identify areas for continuous improvement in the work environment and processes
**Required Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
**Note**:
- This is a remote position with the possibility of on-site
- Overtime and work on weekends/evenings may be required for a class set up/tear down and other event support

- Utilisation intensive du système de gestion de l’apprentissage pour planifier les cours, gérer et mettre à jour divers types de processus d’inscription et d’exécution, et générer des rapports
- Gérer et faire le suivi des informations liées aux cours/programmes, des exigences et de l’exécution des tâches associées aux activités
- Coordonner, mettre à jour et récupérer le contenu des sites SharePoint et d’autres ressources en ligne
- Pallier rapidement les problèmes connus et inattendus qui pourraient avoir une incidence sur la bonne exécution d’une activité ou d’un programme de formation
- Effectuer la mise à jour des documents de formation (c.à-d. insérer des questions dans des diapositives PowerPoint de formation, créer des instructions détaillées pour les participants d’une classe virtuelle)
- Recueillir toutes les données de facturation pour les cours et les programmes en s’assurant qu’elles sont exactes et recueillies à temps
- Fournir du soutien aux infrastructures quotidiennes et aux besoins opérationnels du centre de Leadership et de l’équipe INSPIRE selon les besoins et si le temps le permet.
- Des heures supplémentaires et du travail les soirs et fin de semaines peuvent être nécessaire pour l’installation/le démontage des salles de classes ou pour du support lors d’événements spéciaux
