As the Training Architect and Coordinator, you will design and oversee training programs while managing all aspects of coordination, logistics, and vendor relationships. You will ensure that training initiatives are cost-effective, aligned with business goals, and executed smoothly in a fast‑paced environment. What We Have To Offer Full‑time permanent position, 40h/week Flexible working hours Work/life balance Collaborative and supportive work environment Competitive salary and benefits package A Typical Day In This Role Training needs analysis – collaborate with leaders to assess needs, identify skills gaps, and define learning objectives. Training design & development – partner with internal teams to create effective programs and curriculum. Budget management – develop, track, and manage training budgets, keep resources efficient, provide updates to leadership. Training logistics & coordination – oversee all logistics for in‑person, virtual, and hybrid sessions. Stakeholder collaboration – work closely with leaders and SMEs to establish objectives. Evaluation & improvement – monitor effectiveness via feedback, assessments, metrics; adjust content and delivery. Reporting – provide regular reports to leadership on program success and areas for improvement. Continuous improvement – identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. What You Need To Be Successful In This Role Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (3+ years) in designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs. Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training technologies. Excellent project management skills with ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Full professional proficiency in French and English. Assets Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training tools. Knowledge of e‑learning development tools (Articulate, Captivate). Certifications in training or instructional design (CPTM, ATD, ADDIE). Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
