Dragados Canada a été créée en 2008 et s'est progressivement développée pour devenir un leader de l'industrie au Canada, avec des bureaux à Toronto, Vancouver et Montréal, réalisant avec succès une variété de projets de transport à grande échelle, de ponts, de barrages, de tunnels et d'autres projets d'infrastructure majeurs.

**Responsabilités**
- Travailler au sein d'une équipe multidisciplinaire pour assurer la sécurité lors de l'exécution des activités de construction grâce à une planification du travail sécuritaire, des plans de sauvetage, des inspections et des audits.
- Intervenir et enquêter lors des incidents pour en déterminer les causes profondes et les mesures correctives à prendre
- Assurer la conformité aux lois, aux politiques sur les chantiers et aux procédures opérationnelles standard
- Établir une analyse des risques professionnels et d'autres mesures de sécurité sur le lieu de travail tels que des plans d'intervention d'urgence, la protection contre les chutes, le contrôle de la circulation et les permis pour effectuer des travaux.
- Participer aux réunions boîte à outils, aux réunions de sécurité, aux réunions préalables aux activités, aux examens d'incidents et aux exercices d'intervention d'urgence
- Contribuer à l’élaboration de normes, de processus et de pratiques
- Inspecter les zones de travail du projet et recommander des mesures correctives
- Intervenir et enquêter sur les évènements survenant en chantier et les documenter
- Fournir un encadrement et une formation sur le terrain au personnel
- Régler les problèmes de santé et de sécurité jusqu'à leur résolution
- Travailler de pair avec le surintendant en cas d’avis disciplinaire
- Promouvoir une culture axée sur la sécurité et l’inclusion
- Effectuer d'autres tâches, telles qu’assignées
- Disponibilité à travailler de nuit

**Qualifications**
- Une certification de la CNESST est exige
- Cours santé et sécurité sur les chantiers de construction (ASP construction)
- Une expérience pratique dans la construction civile lourde dans un environnement de terrain
- Une expérience et/ou une certification dans les domaines suivants : les codes de circulation et de mobilité, le sauvetage en eau glacée, les eaux libres, les barges, la formation en protection contre les chutes, les grues et le gréement sont préférés.
- Démontrer des compétences en matière de systèmes de gestion de la sécurité et faire preuve d’un comportement axé sur la sécurité dans le cadre d’une culture de sécurité
- La maîtrise avérée de la suite MS Office
- Avoir de solides compétences en communication orale, la capacité à mobiliser les métiers, à superviser et à gérer
- Avoir une motivation personnelle avérée, l’esprit d’équipe et une attitude positive
- Compléter le rapport quotidien et les sous-dossiers pertinents (ex.: interventions quotidiennes, nombre de travailleurs, accidents, etc.)
- Autonomous and resourceful
- Mobile et facilité d’adaptation
- Détenir un permis de conduire valide
