Dragados Canada, Inc., la branche canadienne de construction de ACS Group (l'une des plus grandes sociétés internationales de construction et d'ingénierie), est à la recherche d'un(e) **Gérant(e)**santé et sécurité**talentueux(euse) et expérimenté(e) pour rejoindre notre équipe sur un notre projet l’Île d'Orléans Bridge (Groupe Heritage l’Île d'Orléans). Ce rôle sera situé dans notre bureau **de la Ville de Québec**.

Dragados Canada a été créée en 2008 et s'est progressivement développée pour devenir un leader de l'industrie au Canada, avec des bureaux à Toronto, Vancouver et Montréal, réalisant avec succès une variété de projets de transport à grande échelle, de ponts, de barrages, de tunnels et d'autres projets d'infrastructure majeurs.

**Responsabilités**
- Prendre en charge les enjeux de santé et de sécurité liés au projet
- Contribuer à l'élaboration et à la révision du système de gestion de la sécurité du projet (SMS), ce qui comprend les politiques, les plans et les procédures
- Veiller au respect des exigences provinciales et fédérales en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement
- Maintenir la désignation de la CNESST et être en règle avec les autorités réglementaires
- Conseiller et orienter les réunions du comité conjoint de santé et de sécurité au travail
- Élaborer, livrer et/ou organiser des programmes de formation, ce qui comprend la confirmation que tous les membres du personnel de la construction ont reçu une formation adéquate et obtenu une attestation de spécialisation professionnelle
- Diriger l'équipe d'enquêtes sur les incidents
- Identifier les non-conformités et formuler des recommandations pour assurer la conformité
- Effectuer régulièrement des inspections et/ou des vérifications sur le chantier et veiller à la résolution des enjeux constatés
- Travailler en partenariat avec l'équipe de gestion du projet pour assurer une communication rapide en matière de santé et de sécurité
- Confirmer que tous les employés du groupe sont correctement qualifiés et formés pour effectuer leur travail en ce qui a trait à la sécurité
- Examiner les qualifications des sous-traitants et valider qu'elles répondent aux exigences mínimales fixées par le client et les organisations partenaires
- Assister aux réunions préalables à la construction, aux réunions d'avancement des travaux et aux autres réunions sollicitées
- Assurer la liaison avec les agences gouvernementales

**Qualifications**
- Un baccalauréat ou un diplôme dans le domaine de la santé et sécurité au travail et/ou une expérience équivalente dans le secteur
- Un certificat de responsable de la santé et de la sécurité dans la construction
- Une accréditation professionnelle (par ex.: Sceau d’or, CSP ou CRSP) sera considérée un atout
- Au moins 5 années d'expérience professionnelle pertinente dans le secteur de la construction civile lourde, dont au moins 4 années en tant que gestionnaire
- Des connaissances approfondies des lois, politiques, réglementations, codes et pratiques locales, provinciales et nationales en matière de santé et de sécurité, tels qu'ils s'appliquent au secteur de la construction
- Excellentes compétences de communication verbale et écrite
- La maîtrise de l'anglais et du français est requiseLa capacité à influencer les partenaires et les parties prenantes
- De solides qualités de leadership accompagnée d’une expérience éprouvée à traiter avec les différentes parties prenantes en milieu de travail avec succès
- Être orienté(e) vers les résultats, capable d'interpréter et de gérer efficacement des priorités et des échéances multiples et concurrentes
- Un permis de conduire valide
