**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Prepare and clean surfaces for concrete pouring, ensuring proper alignment and leveling.
- Mix, pour, and finish concrete using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Assist in drywall installation, flooring installation, renovation tasks, and other related duties as assigned.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in concrete finishing or related fields such as drywall installation or flooring installation is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Experience with welding is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Proficient in using various power tools safely and effectively.

Pay: $30.00-$38.00 per hour
