- **Job title** - Mobile Hydraulic Technicians (NOC 7312)
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Salary**: $34.50 per hour for 40 hours a week
- **Hours**: 40 hours a week -Must be willing to rotate on-call after hours/shift/ overtime with other hose techs as this is a 24/7 mobile operation
- **Overtime**: Paid as per BC labour laws.
- **Benefits Include**: Extended health care, Dental care, Vision care and compensation incentives
- **Location of work**: Unit #113 - 12332 Pattullo Place, Surrey, BC V3V 8C3,
- However, we cover all lower mainland and surrounding areas.
- **Experience required**: 3- 5 years in hydraulic hose repairs and mechanical environment
- **Driver’s License**: Class 5 required
- Identifying, cutting, fitting, and attaching hoses and fittings according to specifications and guidelines
- Assess and perform additional hydraulic maintenance and tasks such as inspecting equipment, repairs and troubleshooting.
- Manage truck inventory, complete paperwork and reports in a timely fashion.
- Organize and professionally maintained Mobile Hose Van.
- Work in the warehouse when not on a jobsite, by building custom hose assemblies for all customers as needed.
- Fabricate hydraulic hose assemblies assist customers with their custom orders.
- Develop business and relationships by providing solutions and promoting our products and services
- Operate vehicle and machinery safely and keep truck and work environment clean and organized.
- Show commitment to continuous improvement and personal development through in-house, external and manufacturer training.
Required capabilities
- Team player, service oriented, and MUST have proven mechanical ability manual dexterity;
- accuracy in measuring and basic mathematical skills;
- able to lift 50 - 70 lbs; able to bend, twist, stand, walk, crouch & climb.
- Must be willing to rotate on-call after hours/shift/ overtime with other hose techs as this is a 24/7 mobile operation.
- A valid class 5 and clean drivers abstract is required.
