We are looking for a Full time Customer Support Desk agent to work with our Account Managers and Operation Manger working out of our Head Office in Lower Sackville.

**Duties**:

- Master an understanding of our 1-page quality control policies
- Oversee site check system & ticket closing
- Manage schedule & performance of all account managers.
- Suggest when supervisors need to be redirected
- Create all tickets & follow through to completion
- Perform daily follow-through calls for projects performed last night
- Contact Clients when needed

Software to Master:

- Zendesk (creation & workflow management)
- Zoho (projects & contract starts)
- Microsoft 365
- Jobber

Shift: Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 4:30pm to start immediately.

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
