- Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to coordinate order fulfillment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Offer product recommendations and suggest upselling opportunities to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
- Prepare quotes for customers based on their specific requirements and follow up on pending quotes.
- Assist with general administrative duties related to order processing and customer service.
