**About the Role**

We’re hiring a veterinary professional to support both the clinical and operational sides of our small animal practice. This hybrid role combines patient care, admin coordination, and team leadership. You’ll assist with exams, treatments, and diagnostics, while also managing inventory, invoicing, and daily workflow.

You’ll keep things moving, handle the unexpected, and help the team stay on track when the day gets hectic. You’ll work closely with the clinic owner and doctors, trusted to keep things running smoothly front and back.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 3+ years of experience in a small animal clinic
- Strong clinical skills (handling, surgical prep, lab work)
- Confident managing daily operations including scheduling, invoicing, inventory
- Calm, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable with innovative and integrative medicine
- Excellent communication and team coordination
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks and medical records software familiarity is a plus
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- RVT license is an asset, but not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Additional pay:
