Coquitlam, Canada Waste Control Services Full time

The Municipal & Commercial Recycling Dispatch position is a diverse, demanding position within the Operations Department. In this position you will handle operational calls regarding service issues, scheduling requests, while directing the day-to-day work which is to be completed by the company fleet within the Municipal & Recycling divisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Delivers exceptional service to our clients, identifying clients needs and provides advice and guidance regarding solutions that are in the best interest of our clients.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with clients through open and interactive communication.
- Responsible to answer the Recycling & Municipal radio; dispatch calls to appropriate routes, ensure timely collection & route completion, and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure the routes were completed in their entirety.
- Coordinating customer, driver, and mechanical related issues with appropriate departments.
- Calling customers regarding operational issues such as, material contamination, access issues.
- Entering, Routing & Sequencing calls into the appropriate routes once Recycling Supervisor has signed off on the activity.
- Co-ordination of bin placements, removals, and repairs for Recycling accounts once Recycling Supervisor has signed off on the activity.
- Reviewing drivers Route Sheets to ensure accurate information is recorded.
- Accurate data entry and route completions.
- Updating Customer & Route Information in Trux as required.
- Scheduling & printing Route Sheets.
- Assist with operational needs as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
