Forklift Operator

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager or Shift Supervisor, the Forklift Operator is responsible for unloading and loading trucks, and placing materials onto extended reach racking. The forklift operator will also assist with general labourer tasks as required.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate electrical extended reach forklift and normal reach forklifts.
- Unload and load trucks
- Assist in documentation for shipments
- Follow all company and legislated health and safety requirements
- Participate in all training as required
- Perform general labourer functions as required

**Requirements**:

- Valid forklift certification
- 3 years experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg (50 lbs)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, dependable and self motivated
