Our mission and philosophy at Chuck’s Roadhouse is to Exceed Our Guest Expectations with Every Visit we create an environment that encourages and rewards team effort to develop a culture that is goal-oriented, success-driven, and consistently fair to our Employees, our Guests, and our Community. **Job description** - Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing them efficiently, and building a rapport with clientele - Handle card and cash transactions, ensuring that all funds in the cash drawer are accounted for by the end of the shift - Keep an eye on patron intoxication levels and respond appropriately - Identify belligerent customers, and work with management when needed to maintain a safe environment - Clean the bar and the surrounding area of spills and other messes as needed Other duties as requested **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Part-time hours: 25-35 per week **Salary**: $15.50-$16.00 per hour Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Day shift - Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: - Tips **Experience**: - Bartenders: 2 years (preferred) - serving: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: One location
