**Overview**

**Supporting Partnerships**: VP Sales & Operations, District Manager & Area Managers

**Requirements & Responsibilities**

The Recruitment Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to

  • stores, office, and warehouse along with external partners).
  • Educating and coaching stakeholders on recruitment processes and tools.
  • Verifying completed requisitions against month-end reporting.
  • Maintaining central tracking documents as requested.
  • Protecting the health and safety of our people, communities, and our environment.
  • Identifying points of connectivity and fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage job postings on internal and external job boards.
  • Support hiring managers with interviews.
  • Conduct job fairs and career events.

**Skills & Qualifications**

  • Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources will be considered an asset
  • One year of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS an asset
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Attention to detail and strong time management skills
  • Experience in a retail business an asset
  • Self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, initiative, multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality service
  • Ability to travel to support stores with recruitment and training workshops.
