**Full-Time Deli Server**
Marcello’s Meats - Winnipeg, Manitoba

Marcello’s Meats, a locally owned butcher and specialty deli, is looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Deli Server. If you have a passion for great food, excellent service, and enjoy working in a community-oriented environment, we’d love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide outstanding customer service while serving and preparing deli products
- Slice, weigh, package, and label meats, cheeses, and prepared foods accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter and work area
- Follow food safety and hygiene practices at all times
- Assist with stocking, inventory rotation, and merchandising deli items
- Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions as required
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

**Qualifications**:

- Previous deli, grocery, or customer service experience an asset, but not required; training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
