We're a growing brand that makes custom jewelry and runs jewelry workshops.

Right now, we are looking for an assistant manager to work in our Nisku production studio.

**Here's what we're looking for**:

- Someone who can learn new skills, like making jewelry.
- Someone who can do different jobs, like making jewelry, entertaining customers, and showing groups around the workshop.

- Someone who believes in what our company stands for and wants to make sure everyone has a great time.
- Knowledge of jewelry or experience in the jewelry industry is not required, but a positive and can-do attitude is very important. Also, impeccable attention to detail is a must. Should be willing to learn.
- Impressive organization skills, accuracy, attention to detail
- Able to manage your time across multiple tasks and projects
- Comfortable using computer programs
- Comfortable with being on social media
- Willing to travel for company events or popups
- Is friendly and good at talking to people.
- Loves making customers happy and wants to learn about business.
- Available and willing to work as an assistant manager with a commitment to the role for 12+ months.

**Duties**

Assist the assistant manager in overseeing daily production operations
- Provide customer service and schedule workshops
- Help the store manager in supervising day-to-day store activities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Train and oversee team members to meet sales targets effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure appropriate stocking of products.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations courteously and professionally.
- Work with the store manager to devise and execute sales strategies.
- Participate in performance evaluations for team members
- Learn how to make jewelry
- Run workshops and offer custom ring service & permanent jewelry
- Drop off parcels if needed

**Here's what you'll get paid**:

- A Store Assistant Manager: $19-21 per hour (20-30 hours per week. Full-time or Part-time)

Location: Nisku, AB

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
