Aqua Master Halifax is looking to add dedicated labourers to our installation team. Aqua Master Halifax is a family-owned local business that specializes in pool and hot tub products and services with an emphasis on customer satisfaction through a quality customer experience. Growing our installation team gives us opportunities to ensure our customers' contracts will be completed on time with an emphasis on quality craftsman's ship. Our labourers work on our front lines supporting our team leads to ensure continuous successful installation seasons. On our off season, we stay busy with our construction projects and other manual labour tasks. **Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
- Assisting in the installation of customers above-ground and inground pools
- Completion of customer's seasonal pool openings
- Organize a company vehicle for all necessary tools and products needed to complete daily work orders
- Completion of spa or pool deliveries to customers' homes
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary

Job Qualifications

Fundamental knowledge and confidence in using construction tools.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast pace and physically demanding environment
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Valid drivers license with clean driver abstract
- Ability to be organized and multitask
- A self-starter and a willingness to learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lower Sackville, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)
- Building & Hardscape Construction Occupations: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (required)
