We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our team as a Prep Cook/Dishwasher.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with basic food preparation and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food preparation, including cleaning and chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and marinating meats.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other cooking utensils
- Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Pay: $16.75-$18.00 per hour
