**Job Overview**
La Maison du Kouign-Amann is looking for a part-time kitchen team member/ dishwasher to join our hardworking team. In this role, you will play a vital part in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure cleanliness, efficiency, and adherence to food safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Wash and sanitize dishes, baking tools and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dish area and support general kitchen tidiness.
- Take out garbage and recycling as needed.
- Wash and sanitize floors in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Assist with light kitchen prep or other tasks when required.
- Follow food safety and workplace safety standards.

**What we are looking for**:

- A reliable, punctual individual able to keep up in a busy environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable standing, bending and lifting up to 40lbs.
- Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is an asset but not required.

**Schedule & Hours**:

- Part-time position: Saturdays and Sundays from 9 am to 3 pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
