**OVERVIEW**:
We are seeking an experienced EDI administrator to handle the day-to-day administration of various electronic data interchange (EDI) programs on multiple platforms for different lines of business and vendors. Main duties include monitoring incoming and outgoing data or documents, setting up SKUs, some testing and auditing of system for issues, and implementing improvements. As Administrator, you will be the first point of contact, reaching out to all parties who share data on the interchange to resolve issues ensuring communications run smoothly.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Perform Vendor Portal and Order Administration**:

- Set-up SKUs, maintain and update Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) documents (e.g. SPS Commerce, CommerceHub, DSCO)
- Input order details including product information, pricing, and shipping instructions into our systems.
- Verify order accuracy, pricing, and product availability
- Assist Sales Managers/customers with pricing inquiries and research existing quotes
- Support Sales Managers on specific vendor portal inputs
- Process customer orders or requests in-system, in a timely manner
- **Support/facilitate factory requirements related to BPM, cGMP** and other factory Quality requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Experience with EDI coordination on platforms with major retailers like Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Costco and Canadian Tire an asset.
- Sense of urgency is important.

**Job Type**: Full-time Permanent

**Salary Range**:$55,000 to $65,000

**Language**:
Strong English reading/writing required. Proficient English speaking preferred.

**Experience**:

- Must have at least 1-2 years of EDI administration experience
- Major retail administration support an asset
