**Job description**

We currently have an opening for a Junior Paralegal who will collaborate closely with our firm’s founder and principal and our firm’s Senior Paralegal.

In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks including but not limited to:

- Scanning, filing and forwarding correspondence to clients and third parties;
- Scheduling client meetings;
- Organizing and maintaining client files and minute books;
- Importing minute books to our electronic minute book platform;
- Filing annual returns for our corporate clients;
- Communicating with clients, counsel and third parties;
- Preparation of correspondence to clients, counsel and third parties;
- Drafting documentation for lawyer’s review;
- Opening and closing files;
- Preparation of Invoices; and
- Receipt of Payment for Invoices.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
