**Job Overview**
Reporting to the Senior Condominium Manager, as the **On-Site Manager,** you will supervise building maintenance, repairs, and janitorial services to ensure the designated properties are safe, functional, and appealing.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the building including mechanical and electrical system maintenance.
- Ensuring tenants’ needs are accommodated with excellent customer service in accordance with corporate quality standards and procedures.
- Supervising maintenance staff, contractors, and trades to ensure that work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all site and regulatory codes.
- Conducting maintenance-related duties and using all equipment safely and efficiently.
- Providing on-call support in the event of emergencies.
- A strong communicator; you clearly express your thoughts in conversation and written communication.
- An active listener; you seek to understand and listen to others in a non-judgmental way.
- Mindful; you respect diversity and deal with sensitive situations with high standards of integrity.
- Excellent service-oriented; you handle relations with customers, internal and external parties with tact and diplomacy.

**Essential Requirements**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in commercial building operations.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Physically able to kneel and crouch as well as lift, carry, push or pull objects weighing up to 20 lbs.
