**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain calendars
- Verify insurance information and process payments
- Maintain patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Assist with billing and coding procedures
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Abeldent software is a plus
- Experience with phone systems in a healthcare environment

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
