Are you passionate about making a difference in the healthcare industry? MedPros is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Area Manger for Medical Clinics to join our team.
**About Us**: MedPros is small healthcare management business that supports a variety of OHIP and private pay clinics in Southern Ontario.
As an Area Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of a variety of medical clinics. You will work closely with the President and other team members to support daily operations and contribute to the growth of clients clinics.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide day-to-day support to assigned clinics.
- Create and manage clinic management and optimization plans to ensure clinics are operating at peak efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned clinics, such as staff hiring and training, staff scheduling, appointment management, patient management, updating a variety of excel spreadsheets, providing weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators for operations, customer service, patient satisfaction, etc.
- Implement continuous improvement plans based on clinic needs.
- Work with a variety of EMR software.
- Strengthen existing client relationships and build new ones.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to track key performance indicators for managed clinics.
- Travel to client sites as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in managing medical clinics in Ontario
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management and process improvement skills.
- Valid G driver’s license with own vehicle.

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week

**Experience**:
- Ontario Medical Clinic: 2 years (required)
- Supervisor / Management: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
