This **Junior Resource Management** position is an essential role where you will be providing recruitment support to our Senior Resource Managers and Account Solutions team. It will give you the opportunity to grow into a Senior Resource Management role or even an Account support and Management role.

**Work schedule is 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week. This is a remote role with occasional in-person meetings.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Supporting Senior Resource Managers while learning resourcing best practices
- Supporting Account Executives in providing a shortlist of qualified potential hires
- Determine applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements
- Attend weekly meetings with the team
- Have fun

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritizing key activities
