**CROCUS LANDSCAPING** has established itself as one of Vancouver's elite landscape companies. Our focus is on the construction and maintenance of high-end residential properties. We are working on projects from Vancouver's most respected landscape designers and architects.

We are looking for an **Experienced Landscape Construction Foreman** to join our expanding team.

**You**:

- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- **Extensive experience in hard landscaping/ horticulture**:

- Experience managing landscape projects on large, single family homes ($250,000 +)
- Able to schedule, coordinate, and supervise efficiently
- **Excellent attention to detail, pride in finished work**:

- Strategic problem solving skills
- Enjoy working outside in all weather

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage worksites by monitoring and assisting crew with their assigned tasks
- Construction of retaining walls, paving, flagstone, garden beds, hardscapes, concrete
- Basic carpentry work, stairways, water features etc.
- Grading, drainage, planting of trees, shrubs and lawns
- Equipment operation: i.e. excavators

**Other information**:

- Hours: Mon-Fri - 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
- Our work is typically in Vancouver, Richmond and the North Shore
- Two weeks paid vacation, one week closed at Christmas

**Pay scale**
- Junior Foreman $30 - $34 per hour
- Foreman $34- $38 per hour
- Senior Foreman $38 - $43 per hour

**Salary**: $30.00-$43.00 per hour
