**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster strong relationships with residents through effective communication and customer relationship management.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Coordinate property management tasks including maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor management using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, file management, and documentation of all community activities.
- Assist in leasing activities by conducting property tours and negotiating lease agreements with prospective tenants.
- Utilize Yardi or similar property management software to manage resident accounts, track payments, and generate reports.
- Develop and implement community events to enhance resident engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote the community and achieve occupancy goals.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and staff.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management systems is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively manage lease agreements.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
