We are currently looking for qualified **Community Facilitators** to provide 1:1 ongoing support to one of our clients in the Kitchener-Waterloo region. This position would require you to work every other weekend.
If you are pursuing a diploma in social services or developmental services, have relevant education and/or work experience in healthcare, we want to help you build a better future with us.
We offer paid training and mileage. This is a 1:1 part-time opportunity in our community outreach program. Our program is a scheduled shift program. We understand the need for reliable hours, and reasonable driving time

All applicants must have a valid driver's licence and reliable transportation as this position is responsible for regular travel to clients in the community.
