**Who are we?**

**Position Summary**

As the Counterperson/Shipper/Receiver, the individual will be performing Counter duties and Shipping/Receiving duties depending on the daily business needs. They will be required to provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using their own automotive knowledge, the company systems and parts catalogues. They will also be required to efficiently check, pick, receive, ship, stock and organize automotive parts. They will help maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the store. They will be required to reliably deliver auto parts to our valued customers, and complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner. Effective use of resources, such as the company database and parts catalogue will be required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using own automotive knowledge, company systems and parts catalogues
- Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
- Make follow-up calls to customers as necessary
- Store warehouse duties (picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking and organizing)
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate manner
- Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stock-related concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet area, workstations and shared spaces neat (organize products, sweep, dust, sanitize and mop)
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles
- Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team

**Key Requirements**
- ** G Driver’s License and clean 3-year abstract required** (company vehicle available for deliveries)
- ** Minimum 1 year aftermarket automotive parts knowledge/experience required**:

- Customer Service experience
- Picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control and stock maintenance experience an asset
- Basic math skills and ability to sort alphanumerically
- Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database and web-based training)
