**QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS**
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and have a strong initiative
- A positive and team-oriented attitude
- Able to perform efficiently during high volume peak periods
- Must be available evenings and weekends

**DUTIES**
- Prepare salads, appetizers, entres, pizzas and pitas as directed by the kitchen manager in a sanitary and timely manner.
- Follow recipes, controls, portions, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
- Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery
- Perform other kitchen related duties as assigned by the manager.
- Ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety
- Responsible for cleaning, stocking and maintaining work station while practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour
