Warehouse Technician
Do you have the magical ability to find that one missing part in a warehouse jungle? Can you lift 50 lbs like you're training for the next superhero movie? If so, XCMG Canada Ltd. wants YOU to join our dynamic, fun-loving, earth-moving (literally) team
**What We’re Really Looking For**:
We need an enthusiastic, self-starter who’s ready to dive into the world of heavy-duty construction machines, where earth gets moved, parts get found, and inventories get conquered. As our Warehouse Technician, you’ll be the go-to wizard for all things parts-related. Plus, you get to work with earth-moving equipment, material handling, and mobile elevating platforms—so, basically, giant cool toys.
**Your Superhero Duties**:
- Heroically pick and prepare merchandise for delivery (cape optional).
- Use your laser-focus to verify parts orders before they fly off to their new homes.
- Maintain inventory like it’s a treasure map, keeping things organized online and on shelves.
- Re-stock shelves and show off your strength by lifting 30-50 lbs regularly.
- Perform daring counter sales, solving customer problems like a true parts genius.
- Occasionally save the day as a parts-runner, zooming around town like a delivery ninja.
- Forklift driving? Oh yeah—you’ll operate one like it’s your personal Batmobile.
- 5+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts (because you’re a pro).
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification (fancy title = even fancier skills).
- Forklift operation experience, because we know you want to be the master of the warehouse.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license, so you can actually drive to work.
- _Mechanically inclined _with problem-solving skills that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous.
**Skills & Superpowers Needed**:
- Fast-paced environment? No problem—you thrive in it.
- Your time management is so good you could probably bend time.
- Safe work habits because, well, superheroes always follow the rules.
- Strong computer skills—because in this world, even superheroes use software.
**The Nitty-Gritty**:
- Must be eligible to work in Canada (no international superhero visas, sorry).
- Can lift 30-50 lbs regularly (think of it as free strength training).
- Occasionally working on weekends—you know, when the world needs saving.
- Criminal Record Check (because we only hire the good guys).
**The Perks of Being a Warehouse Hero**:
- 100% company-paid extended health care—because even superheroes need check-ups.
- Life insurance (we’ve got your back).
- On-site parking (no need to fly in).
- Vision care (to spot those hard-to-find parts).
- 15 vacation days + 6 paid personal days + 11 holidays (because even heroes need time off).
- $400.00 Safety Boot Allowance
- $400.00 Prescription Safety Glasses Allowance
P.S. Yes, there may be travel involved. Think of it as a parts-seeking adventure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
**Benefits**:
- Casual dress
- Company events
