**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of employees to achieve store objectives and foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including payroll management and administrative tasks.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the store.
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Proven leadership experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Knowledge of administrative functions related to retail operations, including payroll processing.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems is preferred.

Pay: From $41,500.00 per year
